Chelsea began her yoga practice in 2017. After a series of personal losses left her feeling disconnected and empty, she found her way to Samadhi Yoga Center—arriving with no prior yoga experience and no expectations. Through consistent practice, she began to notice a deepening sense of healing in both body and mind, slowly rebuilding the connection between the two.
Chelsea completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Denise Alick in 2020 and later completed Trauma-Informed Yoga Training through the Connection Coalition with Jen Cousineau. These experiences continue to shape her compassionate, student-centered approach to teaching.
Chelsea believes deeply in the transformative power of yoga and is committed to creating a space where students feel safe to explore and grow their own practice. Her goal is to make yoga accessible and welcoming to all—regardless of experience level, age, or ability.
