Candlelight gentle

  •  A calming atmosphere invites you to unwind and release physical and mental tension. This slow, gentle experience is open to all levels and is excellent for beginners, seniors and those recovering from injury, stress or burnout. This grounding class is done primarily laying down, seated or in table top with very few (if any) standing postures.

Slow burn

  •  A doable challenge for many. This slow, guided class builds strength, stability and awareness. You can expect longer holds progressing to mindful, controlled movement. Great for those seeking more of a challenge than slow flow but less movement than vinyasa (the perfect in between). Some yoga experience is recommended but not required.

Yin fusion

  • Slow, nourishing postures paired with subtle flow elements to balance strength, softness, and inner quiet. Great for those seeking deep release, stress relief, and a nervous system reset.

vinyasa

  •  An uplifting flow that weaves breath, alignment, and fluid transitions for a balanced mind-body experience. This class is for you if you want a fluid practice that challenges the body and clears the mind.

Slow flow

  • A gentle, mindful flow designed to move slowly through postures with intention, supporting mobility, breath awareness, and relaxation. Great for those who prefer a calm, body-aware flow.
