Heather is an E-RYT 500 with experience across a wide spectrum of yoga styles. Her training is rooted in both dynamic and therapeutic approaches, allowing her to thoughtfully blend mindful movement, safe alignment, and self-acceptance into every class she offers. Heather believes yoga is a pathway back to yourself—a space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with your own inner strength.
Outside the studio, Heather enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new places, and sharing life with her husband and their animals.
