Jen is an experienced E-RYT 500 and RPYT with over 10 years of teaching experience, bringing heart, grounding energy, and a deep love for yoga into every class she offers. As the owner of Rooted Lotus Yoga, she is devoted to creating a welcoming space where students can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement and intentional breath.
Her teaching is rooted in presence, compassion, and body awareness, inviting students to explore their edges with patience, curiosity, and trust in their own unique process.
When she isn’t teaching, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and children, baking cookies, and exploring new places through travel—always finding joy in connection, creativity, and the simple moments that make life feel full.
