Kristin fell in love with yoga at first sight. From her very first class, the practice felt ancient and familiar, like a language her body had always known but was finally remembering. That instant connection pulled her deeper into the practice. In 2017 she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Prana Yoga Center in Grand Blanc. What began as a curiosity about movement soon opened into a path of intuition, healing, and inner awakening. Since 2017, she has guided students through a wide range of practices, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin. While she teaches many styles, Vinyasa remains her personal favorite, offering the perfect blend of movement, breath, and flow.
To Kristin, yoga is a portal: a doorway into the quieter, wiser layers of the self. She believes the mat is a sacred landscape where breath becomes guidance, movement becomes meditation, and subtle energy begins to shift in transformative ways. Her classes invite students to listen inward, trust the innate intelligence of their bodies, and explore the place where movement meets soul. Kristin hopes each student leaves her classes feeling luminous, aligned, and connected to the magic that lives within and around them
